Material: 100% nylon
Specifications: from 30D to 150D nylon low melting point yarn
Melting points: From 110ºC to 120 ºC as per customer's request.
Color: bright raw white , dope dyed black or other colors as per request.
Products properties: Made using advanced spinning technology, the melting point is controlled from 110ºC to 180ºC as per customer special request. It has excellent thermal bonding properties, and has good demensional stability and processability.
Weaved product characteristices: Excellent tensile strength and tear resistance; no " melting" problem, the fabric is more stiff and full; excellent post-processing performance.
